These terms cover your use of FootballStats: what the service provides, how subscriptions work, and what both of us can expect. The short version: track your games, keep your account secure, and your recorded content stays yours.
These Terms of Use govern your use of FootballStats, a live football stat tracker. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
FootballStats lets you record live football games (scores, downs, plays, player stats, and game events) and organize them by season. New accounts start with a free 7-day trial with full access. After the trial, tracking requires an active annual subscription.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account, and you may not share your account with others.
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose: tracking football games and stats. You may not use the app to break the law, interfere with or disrupt the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, or resell access to the app.
Your subscription is billed annually through our payment provider and renews automatically each year until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.
The seasons, games, rosters, and stats you record are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you within the app. Because the app can record information about players, you are responsible for having any permission needed to track them, including from parents or guardians for youth players.
We work to keep the app available and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted in the app with a new effective date.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FootballStats is a tracking and record-keeping tool: stats and reports reflect what you log, and we are not responsible for decisions made based on them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
